1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kikya11 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the kikya11 platform is permitted only if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum and kikya11 does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.

kikya11 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. We may also request proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each person may hold only one (1) registered kikya11 account. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

kikya11 is committed to providing a fair, honest, and enjoyable gaming environment for all eligible players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of genuine players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game formats.
